NCDS
The Company is mobilizing funds for its financing
activities by issue of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures
also. These secured NCDs are issued with the consent of the
shareholders of the Company and as decided by the Board of Directors.
These NCDs are secured by a charge on the landed property and other
current assets of the company in favour of the Debenture Trustee. The
name and address of the Trustees for these NCDs are
